My Dashboard typically serves as a central hub for HR-related data and operations, providing a visual overview of key metrics and functionalities,
here are key sections that are included:
1. Employee Overview
- Welcome message for the employee's Name with the details, picture, etc.
2. Attendance and Leave
- Attendance summary (Presence, Absence, Weekly off/ holiday) of the current month.
- Option to mark the manual attendance.
- Summary of the employee leave balance and leaves availed to date.
- Option to apply the leave.
3. Face Recognition check in/ check out
- Logged-in employees can check in/ check out via face recognition, and once checked in he/she will marked the real-time attendance.
- The main important thing is, that our face recognition will not accept the profile pic, should be an active face to check in/ check out.
- The real location is tracked via GPS whenever the employee check-in/ checkout.
4. Approval Centre for Manager
- Listed out the applied leave, comp off, and attendance marked by the reporting employees.
- The manager can approve/ reject the leave, comp off, and manual attendance marked by the reporting employees.
5. Quick access link
- Quick Access is included on an HRMS dashboard for fast navigation to frequently used features
- The company admin can add up to 5 links to fast navigation from the listed 20 options to be displayed on a dashboard of all corporate employees.
6. Celebration Zone
- Celebration corner for celebrating employee birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.
- Notifications or reminders of upcoming birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.
- A list or notifications of employees celebrating milestones (1 year, 5 years, etc.) at the company.
- Welcome board for new team members details.
7.Company Announcements
- Centralized communication space to inform employees about important updates, events, or changes within the organization.
- Company updates such as General Announcements,HR Updates,etc.
- Admin can add Announcement categories, images.etc.
- Admin can add news such as articles,authors, publications, keywords.
- Graph with KPIs such as headcount, total employees in present, leave, absent, and late coming.
